There wasn't much media attention given to this subject at the time, but this forum is ideal place to give it some long over due exposure. and that is just how competive the Kiwi Chairs were against some of the top Aussie outfits. that toured here early this year . They clearly hadn't done their homework on the set up required for NZs clay tracks, which is all the more suprising when you take in to consideration that Gary Moon has raced in NZ in the past . Or was this just another case of Australian arrogance. For they certainly left NZ with smaller egos than they arrived here with, and I dare say with a lot more respect for NZ Sidechair racing.

I agree, it would be good to see them on Oreti Park.

To suggest our chairs can mix it with the best on the basis of one trip seems a bit over the top.
Although it is hard to recognise who is at the top of international sidecar racing given the historically fragmented nature of major events. (not to mention the lack of television coverage the bikes enjoy)
