Ummm... not really mate, you have a copy of the image that I put up and then took down while Jumbo's son was in hospital last year. I have the one and only original photo, along with many others from the Berryman family collection on loan. The reason I took it down was that I wanted to do justice to all the pictures and find out as much information as possible about the cars and the people involved with them, and what life was like in New Zealand at that time, from the people who were there - this process is still to be concluded.. Cheers.

Hi Go Sideways. The photo I have was taken by me. It shows the Stephen [Splinters] Ware car no 10, the Kevin [Ralph] Morton no 52 car and the222 of Johns. This was taken pre season by me. I was a crew for John and Splinters on separate occasions. I built, maintained and painted the bodies on all of these cars at various times. I have not seen your photo but it may well have been taken at the same time. This was a staged photo session with various people there taking photos. If you would like the photo i am happy to e-mail it to you. Posting a photo on this forum looks like a difficult job.

I am reliably informed that a very good donor car (1956 Ford Customline) has been acquired and a project has begun to build a replica of this one of Jumbo's race cars. It'll just take a wee while thats all. If anybody has any pictures of this car can you please post them here or email them to me at: " goslidewaystv@gmail.com" Thanks screencast
