T12-1-28 Exhaust Pipes (a) Exhaust pipes must discharge towards the rear, or underneath the car. (b) Side mounted exhaust systems inside or outside the body, must be suitably guarded where they pass the driver, to enable first aid personnel to get driver out of the car without getting themselves burnt.
thats the relevant rule. cant see how having the exhaust go through the upper rail passes part (b) of the rule. out the back is fine though.

Wiseowl Ahh now being in a thred about Mr Rees... this RR on LR thery actually works on his ministocks funnily enough. 2008 Ministocks in Paradise we were in a rush with Ashers ministock and put the LR on RR and RR on LR and funnily enough he won his first every ministock race and drove awesome the rest of that night. We realised after the meeting of course ;D

come on Marty, you must be as keen as everyone else to know what everyone will be up against. good luck with your new car and the wildcat adventure, I believe you're in the same boat (family wise) as farmboy so I know how hard it is trying to get there. cheers, Cliff.
