not sure of chassis but looks similar to yellow 0p car mike moore had, there were a few around with that body style but was a long time ago, someone must have some history, nothing wrong with keepn the old cars from the scrappies,iv'e got a old sprintcar im restoring but its hard to get period bits,in my favor is i know the history,i crewed for the guy who owned it and the deal was if you worked on it you got a drive when we could swing it,last time i drove a sprintcar was approx 21 yrs ago and i still have it, good luck and keep them comin

The 01p car is a possibility, but the 0p car is a gordge highbar car which Chris Olson 16a/96r ended up with which was last ran as 33a.
I will get some pics of just the chassis once i pick it up which will be the 8th May now.

One of Mike Moore's old cars, will keep looking for some of the yellow 0P This car went to Tony Frost 66n(Got 2NZ behind Berty in it) after it was 44w with Wayne Rudolph. Neville Wood ran it as 33n for a season and then I think Ross Troughton 44n may have had a season in it maybe. After that I think it got cut up or sent North?

The body is an early Monza, same as the Gordge cars on the Gordge thread. I dont think the body has always been on it as the brackets for it arent painted and are add ons. The chassis is very unique and i thought it would be a dead give away. I did wonder if it was an early Kruiger.

Yes i think it could be a bit if a mystery this one, it has a closed tube Morris Commercial diff, this blew me away , i didnt think anybody used a COMPLETE morris commercial. I have emailed the pics to Lynda Kruiger for Peter to look at.

Some of us poor racers HAD to use a full Commercial diff and when the $$$ got better we moved UP to an open tube which is the difference between night and day I can tell ya!! Then if you got real lucky you got a real diff!!(Quickchange)
Good Luck with the search Devil!!
