Spent a couple of hours yesterday with Alan. I am glad we got to spend time with him before his passing. RIP you fought a brave fight and now is your time to rest.

RIP,as a survivor I can truly understand the feelings of anguish at this time,I am lucky, others not so,Allan the journey's just begun.
Can I suggest a song or two, Life for rent -Dido(bit soppy but is true,we only rent our life),or Like a rock-Bob Segar (dedicated to his caregivers, family etc, believe me family are a rock at these times).

RIP Alan, man, this is hard to believe. One of the friendliest and most helpful.. as in doing almost anything to help his given sport, guys i have ever known. From manning the Mt Welly Kart Club bar every 2nd sunday night back in the day (and with patrons like my olds, the Dixons, Scotts and Goodie, it was no mean feat..lol) to helping organise and making everything smooth for world travelling powerboat racers, the man was a legend behind the scenes. Sad to see you go mate, and tho it was awful to see, thanks for letting them film this. Between you and Clive, im definitely gonna see my doc alot more.
