I see an older TOny True car is on the buy or sell - that looks like a sharp package, is that what your one will look like? And I hope you;ve biffed the HOlden and moved into a toyota.

And I hope you;ve biffed the HOlden and moved into a toyota. similar, was going to change to toymota got offered a good competitve package but with changing everything else along with a new chassis was a bit much then an opportunity came up with the original Murray Greig engine which is a very good engine and has been rebuilt, the reason why that engine melted a piston was because it ran too lean standard manifold and 4 barrel holley working on 2 barrels ,was a very quick engine,Peter Rees was surprised by the straight line speed when i gave him a drive at Wgtn. I have got a high rise from Aussie and a 650 demon carb this time. The chassis is built and front axle ,diff, shocks all mounted, the engine is sealed just awaiting the plumbing, wiring and other bits and pieces to be finished.

Thats good news Marty, sounds like with any luck you might get a few meetings in towards the end of the season. Hopefully a bit more fun with a bit more relability. Hope you get to turn a few laps to get yourself sorted before your words catch up with ya All the best for when it gets to the track, and if you get time we always appreciate a pid or two of how its coming along.
