Just what I was thinking. Yep great pure speedway s upporter moaner! Eh m8z? What did I do to get a 'moaner' tag? You don't like beige? Sorry not aimed at you penman. Its funny but can remember a big group of people two years ago acting like drunkn dicks when walking to the event. Yet when I drove past them back to the motel after the meet they were the sadest/quietest group of all. I think because there team didnt win either of there two races on Friday night Prob a good thing they were quiet tho aye, and not acting up when in a sad state.

We produced the programme for the event for the last few year and I actually quite liked the drunken ones that came through the gates.
Generally, they would hit on the girls selling the programmes, and would often be 'encouraged' to buy a extra programme to get more information about them, have a photo with them or even just find out their names. Some couldn't even remember buying programmes on night one so would get another on the second night.
Ahhh, good times

In most cases, sensible people won't point airhorns directly into someone's ear, which makes a HUGE difference. One solution would be to get a set of disposable earplugs from Mitre 10 - cheap, simple, solution.

I partially agree penman. For the average air horn user i wouldnt mind buying some ear plugs, but buying them so i dont hear the fools, im sorry but i dont think i should have to PAY not to hear them. In saying that maybe this year will be different, maybe no one will be irritating or uncontrolable, whilst it sounds sarcastic i will try and br optimistic.

Those comments are very much appreciated. I did have a number of ideas as to how to really expand it and develop it further, but circumstances conspired against me. Maybe we'll get another crack, maybe not.
