was just wondering what the minimum age is for driving stockcars? is it 16 or 17?

Get them hooked when they're young aye Marty. My nephews 16, gave him a skid in my car at the fun day in Whangarei, luved every second. He's going to race in the C-Grade up here first...... Then he'll have to get a job and buy my other stocky ;D

I was 15 when i started racing std-stocks at auckland. and my first meeting in a superstock i was 16. and age 17 i got 4th at the auckland superstock champs.
I think if u have raced sumthing like ministocks and can prove u can drive, then get them started early. They seem to start them pretty young in the U.S of A

This can be found in the snz rule book
G8 - 1-15 i t is called the minors agreement
persons between 16-18 years
Signed consent from Parent for Child to race is 16 years
