Ya want to look at flying up to NZ Stockcar Teams At Welly ya wont be dissapointed Both nights are full on ,The good thing Ive noticed that the non qualifires on the 2nd night in the Stockcars is totall carnage as well as the finalists in the Teams where as the 2nd night of Superstocks ,the non qualifiers racers are rather tame ..

where as the 2nd night of Superstocks, the non qualifiers racers are rather tame .. Lol, tell that to Mad Marty, Brett Hyslop, Paul Harris, Lionel Penn etc etc just to name a few of those who were on the receiving end of some particularly entertaining non-qualifying races last season.

You guys need to be educated LOL when oh when will you realise the stockcar guys put on just as must racing an carnage as the Superstocks guys to be honest if I had to choose between one or the other I would definately go to the NZ StockcarsTeams and I've been going to the Supers in Palmy for 22 years for the last 10 years I've been struggling with the money at the gate but I still go and for the last 5 years particulaly on the 2nd night Ive decided it's a complete waste of money but I don't feel like that at the 2nd night of the NZ stockcar Teams Champs the 2nd night is always better than the first.

I hope people traveling a great distance have allowed for rain outs. So many people in the past have missed the finals after traveling all that way, and have been greatly disappointed. Just a thought

Would have to agree with you on this one melchick. Stockcar Teams are easily as entertaining as the Super Stockcar Teams and a hell out a lot cheaper to go and see.

Fairly amusing how Wellington people come in here and try to plug their event. The thread was about the Superstock Teams Champs, not about the relative merits of the two contact classes.
Many fans will be going to both anyway, why try and propound one over the other?
Make a new thread, or try to stick to the topic instead of spamming.

Superstock teams to me isnt about the racing, thats the problem, its about a group of mates getting together year and year out, watching some good superstock racing and drinking lots and lots of booze!!
We roll our campsite booking over yearly and keep coming back. Bring on 2008!
I also always book my flight back for late monday night, its just stupid not too.

Thought the thread was about cheap air fares ?Being so cheap its a chance for people to maybe afford to fly to both

Both are well worth the effort to attend. In my mind they are the 2 top speedway events of the season and we will certainly be at both.
