Some tough groups...Red group you just start reading and 7 of the first 8 are all favs to qualify and then get further down and see ppl like joblin. Be some unlucky racers in this group
How many frm each group to go through? 6 with a repercharge for 2 more to make 26???

I managed to whittle the Red group down to 8 ok although there are a couple of wild cards I left out. The other groups I'm stuck on at ten each. All in all not a bad seeding/draw. It's harder these days with so many good cars and drivers percentage wise as compared to 10 or 15 years ago. |

I'm not that brave am I ? , it''s only one group I have down to 8 anyway and if I could cut them down to 6 then there would be no need to go watch the racing. Might play with it a bit more later on but in Red group my top six would most likely be in the first 8 on the list. |

And then there are the wildcards who will sneak through and the top guys who have bad luck. I have a list of 36 that should be capable of qualifying, and in fact winning 1NZ. That leaves 10 that will be dissapointed and some more that run into trouble.
There is no way I would make a 123 prediction it is that close.
First night not to be missed.

All tough groups, but if I was being picky, yellow would be the hardest, and Blue the 'easiest' (if there is such a thing)
Hard to rate some entries like Roigard, Decke, Wootton, Clarkson due to the lack of track time, but if their gear stays together, then I wouldn't be surprised to see them pushing through.
I didn't add Wade into the mix of 'new' cars this season as I trust that RWI will be good outta the box.
