Every year the Superstock Teams Champs fails to dissapoint. Every year we sit near the base of the Grandstand with all the parochial supporters from Christchurch, Waikato etc.

That is the spirit of the Team Champs, people with a passion following what they enjoy.

This event gets bigger by the year, although how i do not know as it is always pretty much a sellout.

As i see it our challenge as Macgors followers is to support Speedway as a whole but also show our support for the drivers and Teams that support this event.

Look how big the sevens has got as an event, imagine that but with people dressed in they supporting colours. I know we will be dressed up, how many others can support the same thing. Who knows maybe even "macgors" on display as support of this awesome site that keeps everyone in touch with the sport they love... where would we be without this site? Whats next a Macgors facebook page?

Show your support for your teams, i know i will be yelling for Palmy and my friends beside me yelling for Nelson and Kihikihi... as will be the many friends we have met that sit in the same area over the years yelling for Christchurch.

Dressing up is all part of teams for us when we actually get there, unfortunately I will be missing it for the 2nd year running but that happens.

Also buy the team Merch to wear around during the day when I don't want to be dressed in costume

i agree! i think its awesome when people dress up and get into it etc, i think more people should do so. However it is important for the teams that merchandise is bought so if you can, try buy some

We will be there with our Orange flags - not sure about green hat though, got made redundant.
Hopefully you'll be wearing orange face paint this year instead of me wearing yellow for the final

All being well there will be 3 ww2 fighter pilots, with flying suits, flying caps, tash's and pipes flying over from the uk - if we get our finger out!

We have got a 24ft long union jack to bring, but it does weigh a lot and takes up a lot of luggage space, but it would be fun trying to explain it all at customs!!

Shai-tan it will be a nelson vs stratford final so i wont be wearing orange. But to keep your dreams alive bring the paint just incase.

Every bit helps bud. Not likely to make a it this year unfortunately but a Tigers/scrappers final sounds good to me!
