Not quite my understanding.

If it's a yellow light on the first lap then the race is simply restarted. In this instance there is no 3-minute bell as the race simply continues.

However if it is a red light on the first lap the race is deemed to be a re-run. In this instance a 3-minute bell would be applicable as the original start effectively never happened.

Just ask Aaron Drever about this one, he's an expert in this area

if above is right then I would say Luke has it in the bag. 3 point gap over Bunter and even though he is starting near the back in heat 3 Bunter would need to beat him by 4 places and not sure he can. 24c in with a shot but he is only leading by 1 point and leaving from grid 18.

weather a restart or a rerun you do not get a 3 minute bell. Once you get a green light thats it

It also says you can effect minor repairs but not refuel (from the current book)!!!!

67s has 32 points not 35.

Percys view on 3 minute bell is correct. We got burned with this in NI champs a few years back.

24c leading on 36 points but has grid 18.
871c next on 35 points grid 17
67s 32 points grid 7.

Will depend how many cars make heat 3.

3nz (currently!) staying in pits. To much damage. If a few others don't start then makes it hard for Bunter to get buffer.
