Could someone please let me know the proposed rain out dates for the teams champs as I need to book the crossing from north island to south island and want to make sure I allow for worst case scenario, thanks in advance.

If it rains out Saturday night Qualifying will then be on sunday night and the finals will be held on monday afternoon as thats what normaly happens. If it rains out on sunday night the finals will be pushed to monday afternoon, if both nights are rained out i believe there is no refund is that correct?

Being a public holiday / stat day , if it rains they should run the Monday at 7pm...like Wellington did for the mod champs. As there will be people working that have paid for tickets already....Just my thoughts

They don't 'normally' run on the Monday afternoon at all, Teams is 'normally' on a Friday and Saturday night and if there's a rainout it gets pushed back to the Sunday afternoon 1pm start. At least that's the way it's happened every time I've been there and it's been washed out for a night.
This racing on the Saturday and Sunday is a fairly recent innovation, it's down to the Waitangi Day holiday (which is always on the same date so different weekday) falling on the Monday making it a long weekend. It doesn't normally work out that way. It makes sense, but racing on the Fri / Sat nights with Sunday evening as a rain date and we still all have a day to get home also makes sense.
