Yes, its in the Square, 1pm - 4pm.

I went past the square car park around 11 & it wasn't blocked off like it was for the stockcar teams, quite a few cars parked in there. When will they have closed it off?

The Square is all set-up and ready for the first cars to arrive. Already quite a few people down there waiting.
