Could be wrong, but dont they have more than just the 4 teams races, eg 5th/6th run off etc, I seem to recall didnt they just drop 2 teams from night 1 and the others carry on the battle?
can someone help please
thanks

l8r is right they only drop two teams and the rest carry on.Some of the teams like wanderers can still make the final like GB did i think two years ago.

I am pretty sure that the losest scoring team for each of the 4 groups falls out. Winners of the groups race for a place in the final. 2nd Tier races for a chance at 3rd or 4th. The highest scoring loser from tier 1 races the highest scoring winner from the tier 2 for 3rd and 4th. The Lowest scoring tier 1 loser races the lowest scoring winner from tier 2 for 5th and 6th. I think that make 7 races.
