Yes it is. Attack position is defined at anwhere from a right agnle back towards the direction of racing. A car park in the wall at 90 is in an attacking position

Agreed but if a car is waiting in say turn 4, how do you work out where 90deg from a curved wall?.... an i think the rule is less than 90 ;D
