Some good footage, Hopefully I'm not standing on anyones toes here but as courtesy to other video uploaders it might be an idea to upload the videos and repost in the same thread from that particular meeting? I see there are 6 threads from the same meeting. Loving the footage tho

I see there are 6 threads from the same meeting. Loving the footage tho I'll have a look at that. Just learning all this stuff and trying to follow what others are doing. Cheers for the suggestion, will look into it. Trying to work out the cut and stitch so I can have several races in the one clip. Just need to learn how to upload longer clips without taking 6 or 8 hours to do so. Anyone got some suggestions, someone said use google chrome, tried it and computer was a nightmare to use and find things. No one in this house is very computer savvy so I have to learn as I go. The saying, A little knowledge is dangerous, comes to mind.

What I was meaning was put ur videos into the one thread from that particular meeting. Just saves time when your browsing through looking for a particular meeting. As far as the cut/stitch I think Windows Movie Maker (free) has this function. Or maybe when you bought your camera it came with an editing tool?

2old2race, are you uploading videos straight off your camera or using something like Windows Movie Maker?

Its been there since day one but never used it. When I bought my new camera and down loaded the disc it gave me a whole new option (zoombrowser EX), It has the option to cut movies when a movie is opened but doesn't give an option to stitch. Why is it that when you cut a movie you can't just cut out the piece you don't want, it would make things a lot easier.

2old2race, are you uploading videos straight off your camera or using something like Windows Movie Maker? I put the card in the laptop to down load and it loads into windows photo gallery, zoombrowser ex and Finepix studio also opens up, thats a nightmare to use and find things. Windows option was good, I made some movie clips with pictures in that. I always have trouble finding the movies with that one now, pictures and movies don't save in the same place like they used to, think that happened when someone was showing me how to do things awhile ago.

Have a read of these articles for Windows Movie Maker If you scroll down the page a bit, you will see an article for trimming (stitching) in Windows Movie Maker

I was in doing something like that last night trying to piece together a roll. Had 10 pics in there and I found the part to adjust the time between them but the clips still ended up with 3 seconds between them. I think I see where I went wrong though so will have another play with it. There is always one action you end up missing because you don't know, but when you find it or some one helps you out, it ends up so simple.

Great stuff, just done this, and yes there was one click I was missing. Cant seem to get the counter down to zero between pictures and need a few more frames in it. Looks like the place to stich movies together as well, will see what happens tonight. Cheers for the link jamie84r.
