is the accommo behind the grandstand still around to pitch a tent ? and what facilities is there ? how much etc who do we contact etc

Campervan, tent, overnight parking available in a set area behind the grandstand. Come in through the Oakley Street gate. Oakley Street is a small street off Featherston Street. Please respect that the Arena has allowed you this privilege.
Showers and toilets near to the camping area will be made available by the Arena.
Cost is $40 for the weekend payable as you enter. You will be given a special sticker. Cost is the same if you are staying only one night or two nights
Gates to car park will open at 12.00 but you will not be able to get into the Arena until 3 pm.
All gates will open at 3pm.
No Tarpaulins. If you want reserve seats, buy a reserved seat!

Gee, I wonder how many people will be looking at this option in the future... could end up with a tent city
