Joblin didn't do 4 laps in run off so put down as dnf
Barr too crafty and spun him, raced away and go a lap up. then sat behind him and pushed him around until he'd completed last lap. Big ups to Barr, Last 4 years in the Nth Islands he's got 2nd, 1st, 1st and now 3rd. Pretty impressive.
Bengsten wins after coming from the repercharge. Impressive and untouched all night.
Heat 3. Faram was one spot ahead of Bengsten and if they had finished like that it would of been tied for first. Bengsten owes miers for the win as he took Faram wide and held him up to let Bengsten past with a pretty clear track ahead of him.
Pretty uneventful final race really. Not much biff but some nice blocking and efforts by a few. Noticed Rees not afraid to lean on the Joblin cars when ever they were close,
Im surprised no one has mentioned the Faram 2 minute bel from heat one on qualifying night

Stratford website says it was Stanaway that lent on Faram, with a hit after the chequered flag and words in pit later?

i think you'll find joe had a flat left rear going out the pit gate. called or 3 minute bell, one of crew got a tyre but it was a front spare so they had to put the flat back on

Stratford website says it was Stanaway that lent on Faram, with a hit after the chequered flag and words in pit later? Miers held up Faram earlier. Stanaway pushed Faram wide on the last lap.

miers defo was the car who pushed faram wide and let bengsten past. it was prob 2/3rds into race and then he went straight back to pole line to find others or farm again.
faram bell was going and then stopped while they refitted half flat left rear. the bell had finished. faram still lined up and even managed to get 6th in this race.

well just got home and unloaded car from a wicked weekend in stratford, missed out on qualifying by 1 spot, finshed 3rd in repacharge the went into last race of king of the mountain in 2nd place but due to a broken battery couldn't restart car in final heat, so not a great result but no damage, no flat tyres & still drive it in garage so pretty happy considering its only my 4th meeting in car. and what a awesome experience it was racing with all those top guys, had a ball. a huge thanks to stratford speedway for a awesome weekend .everything was well organised & flowed great, big ups to fraser booker who kept us very well informed all weekend and was always happy to help, thanks to greg from gibbons contractors for the use of his workshop and everything in it, thanks to my crew for putting in the hard yards all weekend, & a huge thanks to Neil McCoard for all his help. once again thanks to the stratford club & all the other drivers. cant wait for the nz champs now..

What an awesome night last night. Missed the Friday night due to work but made the finals. All drivers had an awesome track to race on and all drivers put in 100% Every driver deserved to be there. The repercharge was brutal and the end result was well deserved. Gutted for the 7A car to not make the finals but thats racing. Well done to all and the meeting seemed to run really well. Even the Demo, oops I mean Saloon cars were good to watch.

No problem boss, when people are patient enough for official results that you give then everything works out well. Easily the best source for results at these big meetings.
