What this video doesnt show is the car would have easily got higher than the safety fence. One of the largest rollovers wfg has seen in a while...

I was sitting 2 rows and about 5 to the left of where this footage was taken, Had it not have been the huge engine rev I would have missed the end of it. Easily the biggest I have ever seen, Flying well above the safety fence is no exaggeration

Apparently a couple of officials thought it was going over the fence.
