Tonight was the one off Teams Race at Waikaraka.

Team GB had. 4 of the 5 cars there.Tom Harris not there.
Allstars had 4 of the 5 there.Ridland's motor still a couple of days away.

After early warm up laps the 9a of Ferguson had issues with a rear brake caliper.they tried to fix it while a couple of other classes run, but couldnt.
So 11a Carl Hodge was the very last minute replacement, and 42a Bernie fox came out as 5th car.

Then the GB tank lost ignition pre-start, so fox was drafted in for the Poms.

Was a pretty good race. Not massive hits but meant to connect. Fox got nailed up wall, and although was allowed to get off under red, then had to pull off.
Auckland had one car stranded across the track for most of the race. 00 and 04 were both very quick.
11a did a great job blocking and hitting, and was quick until left rear got shredded. (for those of you that missed it, he spent the whole repercharge at the GP trading blows with Another car). - looks like a good future option).

Ultimately Auckland won, and was a great warm up for next weekend. :-)

What's cars are the poms driving?

One is the mick Paul tank.
One is Rebecca barrs car.
One is a ridland car which is the car Kerry remnant had for a couple of seasons.
One is the ex 22s pascoe car which Tom Harris raced at he 240's.
And unsure of the 5th car, I think it's the car Murray Harrison races last year maybe the jake baker car?
