Thanks for posting video Mr Fumes!!

I think it pretty clearly shows the pass Foxy made on Scotty at about the 3 minute mark was fair and legal.

Hope this appeases the few who were adamant Foxy cut the grass and cheated in the race as bought up in another thread.

With a bit of luck those that thought otherwise will have a look for themselves and have the gonads to post a retraction although I won't hold my breath!

Didnt post in the other thread - but did read it, SO, having watched the pass a few times - I think you are right Jamo, the pass was already done when the contact occurred.

You can tell that much at least by the way the cars moved when they hit - foxy's back headed a little towards the grass and Scottys front tried to turn back to the wall.

There was obvious pole line cutting through most of the rest race by most of the drivers and there are other incidents that are far worse in this race than an accidental bit of contact between two well known racers.

Deliberate contact unders yellow lights for example - the commentator calling a driver a "dropkick" {even if its deserved it shouldnt happen - professionalism people!} and although I didnt hear it - calling for the lifetime ban of a driver over the PA... big "no no" in my opinion...
