Big ups to the Kihikihi team for a great afternoon of traditional speedway and typical Kihikihi hospitality.
Disappointed to notice early in the piece that President Rossco Cresswell 77k was relegated to playing host with his car out of action,
however, on the plus side of the ledger was to share the afternoon with birthday girl Francine Baker (16r), Phil Towgood (48a), and Steve Williams (21h) out there. Brought back a lot of great memories of my earlier days saloon speedway racing around the country. 
Near bald right rear tyres (donations excepted) and old age has me perform a couple of unscripted donuts and survive!
The format, great!

A few not too flash captures by the incar and the still cam.
We'll download a few videos after my 'grandad nap'!

Great to see Phil Towgood out there doing what he does best had a couple of teething troubles with his new engine but notice in the last race results he passed more cars than most of us pass in a season ,and Steve Williams had one awesome race where he lived on the wall , Cheers 77k , see you all on friday night 6pm start.

Thanks for a well run meeting Rossco, we sorted out the problem and had a nice result. Good to catch up with folk we haven't seen for a little while
