Those who are traveling ,towing or other wise ,it may just pay to check that you have the correct road user charges as there are some new brooms on the Samson Weighbridge who specialize in this charge amongst other things ..They also have a brake tester ,a box of green stickers plus red ones for those who fail ..one thing that catches alot of good folk is the bus or trailer weight wise ,so if youre carrying extra weight for teams racing ,safe guard your selves and buy extra as it is on your gross weight that counts plus make sure you have a appropiate license..
Remember the drink and think driving laws ..

Remember the drink and think driving laws .. Agreed but RUC's changed a little while back so every vehicle is running there max weight on RUC's. Be aware though that if your carrying quite a bit of petrol on board technically you need a DG endorsement

The threshold for Class 3 (eg petrol, methanol) carried for domestic or recreational use that will need a DG endorsement on your licence is over 250 litres. That should see pretty much all competitors through pretty much all the meetings.
