It would depend on what the standard punishment is for a jump start in teams?
Red light and restart or a send off?
Agree the jump start didn't give a huge advantage, but could have had a serious effect if the GB car was sent infield. The punishment wouldn't have suited the crime if that was the case.

no punishment- flag man should have pushed him back to grid before flag drop to restart... but because he dropped the flag the race is all go
