Did the refs leave him on after attacking Wayne Hemi while he wasn't moving. Wayne definitely wasn't in an attacking position. Jason Long just backed up and went straight back in for another shot.

Both drivers finished the race
What defines attacking position? Seems to me that any mobile car that's on the track these days is capable of attacking forward and backwards? 591 seemed quite happy to back in to 41?

There's a rule about hitting parked cars in a non attacking position. Being hard in the wall would be that.

I'd dispute that, I saw a number of cars move off the wall directly into or at other team cars ....if its mobile, not wounded and it can take you or a team mate out.. then its in an attacking postion

There's a rule about hitting parked cars in a non attacking position. Being hard in the wall would be that. It's about angle of attack being in the race direction. The rear bumper can be used as well as the front. Being hard against the wall doesn't necessarily rule out contact.

Just after the rear end hit, when Wayne is at right angles to long.

Absolutely nothing wrong at 2.42, Wayne parallel to the wall and in an attacking position thus available to be attacked.
