Morris Doyle - when did he last race competitively??? At Whanganui this season. Oh wow I was under the impression he had retired a few years ago. I go to Wanganui regularly and don't remember seeing him running. Good on him. |

Jayden Ward has said he hopes his car will be ready in time for the event too. Surely car ready if its true that Asher is using it for the GP as was quoted in the GP thread?  |

I'd say capacity will be around 6000 including seats and grass banks. Plenty for stockcar teams and enough for NZ superstocks |

There was a good turn out in palmy but the weather wrecked that championship,man was it cold!The last time I was that cold at a speedway meeting was the 1997 nz saloon champs at Stratford.The qualifying night was still good though at palmy thanks to Mike McLaughlin and a few others.

I don't think waikaraka should be reserved seating not really suitable for it at the moment just first up first served,if your really keen you will be there nice and early anyway.

I'll put it a different way -
I'm not going to get there at 3pm just to get a decent seat. I did that in Nelson in the baking sun, and I saw security make people tip out their water bottles before entering the complex.
Reserved seating in my opinion, is the only way to go.
If there is no reserved seating, I wouldn't consider attending.
If there is reserved seating, I will most likely be there.
