Now this happened to me a few years ago at Palmy and bugger me it wasn't even the superstocks. Some bloke told me to stop making a noise. Well, you all could imagine what I said. He told me he was going to shove my horn and cowbell where the sun doesn't shine...I said good luck. Little did he know that my whole team was sitting in front of me and they said, Good Luck mate my moneys on her. I must let you know that i was standing ans so was he. The place was not packed so he could have moved as I had been there since early afternoon. For that reason I choose now not to go to Palmy, gosh imagine the riot i would start at the Superstock teams if this bloke stood next to me again. You two see eye to eye? Was he kneeling? Drinks aren't the problem , its more so the drunks.. Exactly, its the idiots that drink way to much & become Wan#kers. Our group had a couple of drinks both nights & had a good time. We didn't need to be off our faces for a good time. Allow alcohol just police the idiot drunks more & everyone will be happy. |

Thanks REAL police. I'm surprised nobody has mentioned these absolute total loser dick heads fighting on turn 2. The lady holding her baby at the top of the picture looks quite frightened. Thanks to the guys in the hi viz and the real police who eventually sorted these clowns out.  |

I will tell you what happened.
Some of them were given prime seats in the grandstand.
Not sure exactly why but maybe someone can enlighten us.

Not sure exactly why but maybe someone can enlighten us. not only were they given prime seats in the grandstand but after a couple of visits from Arena staff who told them to behave themselves they were allowed to continued drinking ! |

There was also one on the first night with some drunken ginga d**khead (sorry, no offence to gingas)spoiling for a fight, with his idiot mate bouncing around like a kangaroo trying to take on any comers. The ginga took on a girl first and that got up everyone, he then got a cheap shot in at one of the guys in our stand then took off. We saw him coming back along the bottom and pointed him out to a security guy. Another of our guys restrained the ginga while security called for back up, in the meantime another guy took offence to the gingas behaviour and got a real good shot on him (should have heard the ginga wail then)so he got another shot for his trouble. Security dragged him away until the police arrived and took him away. Apparently the same guy did similar things last year (was recognised by someone). This all happened just before start finish line.

Are you saying that aussie has half the problem with bringe drinking than new Zealand because there achole is twice as much? I've herd of people on a boat drink meths because they ran out of achole. Look at smoking. Do less people smoke because of price or does crime go up?
