Countdown is on for one of the big events of the speedway season ,I think that sitting on the corners is the best spot. Turns 1&2 brings the start of the race right towards you and with 26 of the best coming into the first corner, who just knows what could go right or wrong , So that's were our group The Thirsty Lizards will be ,so come and say gidday .See u track side

Shane Boote 35c is getting a lots of press atm ,yes he is in group2 sponsored by the Thirsty Lizards ,who are a group of 8 guys who travel the country watching superstock racing, some of there member haven't missed a NZ title since 1985.A pretty proud record.woodford glen turn 3&4 reminds me of a lot of turn 1&2 at Wanganui very tight .

I always sit around turn 3 by the hotdog stand with the coffee next to it.Always get huge hits going on down there especially in stockcars and superstocks cant wait to watch the drama unfold.Be prepared for some more huge contact especially with so many on the track all at once.

We pre Booked seats, but Im a bit dubious as to weather it pans out,up north here its been a issue at some places due to no one controlling the seats that have been pre sold. looking forward to this have never been to this track

Last time I was there they had pre sales in grandstand and it was monitored closely and was great. I’d expect the same this time. Looking at tickets left, hardly much in grandstand or turn 3-4. Get in quick if you haven’t yet, will be great weekend.
