Mooney's is for sale already. Thats interesting after the much anticipated wait & build of it. Yeah... not really sure what is going on there... seems like a quick car straight out the box.

This is all good in theory but u can run into multiple scenarios..ie:guys waiting for new cars or rebuilding cars..people waiting on engines..top tier teams haven't been selected so your unsure if you're available for a certain team..guys like Tye..Ace..Bevan Humphrey etc could be mustangs but don't know till after 240s etc I doubt Chad Ace will be considered for the Mustangs this year

Last I heard, his motor was in another car. Not a big issue for an engine builder though

As far as the Warriors go, there are lots of discussions going on behind the scenes, and when we have something definite to announce, we will announce it.

seems like the world 240s have become the teams selection. would would explain the huge number of entries. 10 b cars. all are going for 5 hawke eye spots. even I can't make a call on this team. HB deserves to have two teams. but money doesn't allow I would think. my team
long stanaway Mike mac Tarrant wise
but I love groome as well and really rate him. and as to thrown together teams. how well were the busters last year? and the all stars beating the panters. as Barry hunter showed us many years ago. a decent team around one superstar makes a hard to beat team.

The Wanderers had a team at Huntly earlier this season
Aiden Eustace Tyson Wooten Aaron Alderton Blair Ashton drove the 9H Anthony Brown car, but Anthony should be back in it for Palmy Nick Vallance filled in for 8H Dave Roigard who had engine problems And they also have 7H Dave Moore available, he also had engine problems and missed the earlier teams meeting at Huntly
So I would think they would be there

Don't think you will see any Joblins Teams racing this season. Russell mentioned they were having the season off.

Either way Gisborne will have their bases covered if Vallance isn't racing. There's 3-4 drivers likely to miss Hawkeye selection, any one of them would fit into the Giants or any other team needing a ring in. Another not so left field option for the Giants is 16w David Hughes. For the first time out in his new car at the NZs it was a rocket and was very impressive. It's another customer car, easy to dress in team panels and he's a keen teams racer. Also does Tony Wootten fit into the Wanderers and what is the history of the car he currently has?
