Yes it seems we are done and dusted for a while yet ,But lets hope it doesnt last as long as expected . The main issue is the impact and how hard it will hit on financial market across the country . Some will no doubt loose there jobs ,bet lets hope there is enough strength to think positive . For Speedway the recovery may be longer than you think ,one is the paying public excess money in there pockets wont be there ,the sport will continue when allowed in numbers ,but wont be like it has ,and many clubs will find it hard to operate .. Just my thoughts we are entitled too so far

I think it will last until we have a vacine or other method of controling virus other than shutting everything down.
Current expertise see the vacinie still a year out, unless the boffins click onto machine learning and sort it quicker.
This will be long lasting and demoralising, but the speedway community needs to focus on viable workarounds. This season is gone, but we have 6 months to have a plan in place for continuity. No samll task when considering travel, accommadation, access and revenue.
Perhaps this adversity can be the catalyst for clubs, members and promoters getting their heads together and working for the common good?
We are all going to have our time and energy taxed by looking after our businesses and families, so it will need a concerted effort.
Not time to throw the towel in - instead throw some energy and opinion into finding a way to sucess next season.
Plenty of worldly opinions on this board. Would be nice to see positive debates and ideas floated on how best to come out of this on the right side.
There is a perfect answer to every question which nobody ever manages to provide - the art of dealing with a crisis is to stay as close as possible to the perfect answer by staying focussed on a vision and working hard to close out anything that takes you away from the goal.
Don't underestimate how tough this is going to be across the speedway community. We are all going to have to share knowledge and work together.
Look to D1NZ for clues. They get small numbers of spectators to events but have millions world wide as a television audience. There won't be much on offer to TV stations as far as live sport goes - potential big market to tap if the sport has to defer live audiences for a year.

Well there is a good little bit of news like him or not ,the trumpet of USA has a vaccine that was used in the spread of Malaria a drug called chloroquine, along with remdesivir,an experimental antiviral. Roche a swiss drug maker said it is working hard on a study to produce a drug called actemra now used for rheumatoid arthritis and other conditions against corona virus .. German drug maker Bayer is willing to donate three million tablets of its chloroquine drug against the spread of the coronavirus .
And something else one can do like open your windows on balconies ,singing ,cheering ,and applauding coming together in gratitude for doctors ,nurses and other health workers putting themselves at risk ,on the front lines of this pandemic that is forcing most residents to stay home .
So lets hope there is a green light in the not so distant future for us all and enjoy a great sport .
