It was a long wait for the event/live stream but well worth it. Great effort and I’ve just already booked for tommorow night 😎

Thought the first night was superb, the stream was perfect over here in the UK. It’s a great service that is offered and I dearly wish we could have something similar over here, but our promotors don’t seem to see the potential.
Was also nice to get a shout out as one of the Poms watching from home - made getting out of bed, with snow outside, a little easier!
Keep up the good work and looking forward to Finals night.

I got what I assume was a broadcast email from the Pits Media saying that those of us that paid for the stream tonight would be able to watch the re run tomorrow night at no extra cost. For those of us who cannot make the stream tomorrow night for a variety of reasons can get a pass to watch an On Demand option upon proof of purchase. To me that is like watching a rugby game when you already know the score
IMO, the pits media need to be a bit more flexible than this. Nobody can control the weather and the Rotorua Club are also most likely going to miss out on some revenue tomorrow night by opening the gates and without a doubt there will be some who will go to the event that have not purchased a ticket. Why then can't the pits, for those of us who cannot make tomorrow nights stream give us a coded credit and for an additional $5 have the ability to watch the finals via the live stream instead of an On Demand option which in reality only a few will bother watching. There maybe some technical difficulties that I don't understand to provide something like this and I think the Pits media do an awesome job but when the weather gods don't play ball more often than not there are no winners and everyone needs to think outside the square to provide sensible solutions sigh

Big shout out to Mintie for doing all the leg work and getting all the crucial information from the pits between races. Knowing what is happening with relegations and why, damage and explaining it etc when watching the live stream makes the experience so much better so thank you for putting in so much effort for all of us

Booked night 2. Found it good... was an issue pre racE start mentioned in this thread but was sorted before race start. I travelled to Rotorua but work commitments forced me to return home. I'm over the moon Pits tv are actually providing the stream. Eventfinder refunded the track tickets and reinvested in the live stream.....fantastic. Sonya and the team have done a great job...... Will be returning for the 240's ... based on knowledge of the excellent show and facility Rotorua put on. Keep up the good work, there are people that appreciate it.

From the comfort of my lounge chair I thoroughly enjoyed undoubtedly the best live stream I have witnessed to date. Well done to The Pits Media NZ and be assured that there are many like me that appreciate the effort your team put into making an event like this available for all of us that for one reason or another can't attend in person.

Purchased the night one stream which ran impeccably from start to finish.
Picture quality is unmatched within the speedway industry and I particularly liked the points summary after each heat where you could see where every driver stood within the group. The camera work has the zoom just right and they typically capture the essence of the race.
Well worth the investment.

Congrats to Jase and the team on a job well done! If i was to raise learning point, it would that the some times the camera placement wasnt quite right and didnt get the best shots. But having been to Rotorua, there isnt a lot of choice. but that wont stop me from going back again. the same point was raised after the stratford team a couple of years ago, so Jase and the team knuckled down and worked thru it - for a job well done.

The placement of the cameras are set up as such that we don’t hinder any views by the paying members of the public. Prob think about that before you drop your opinion

I just read your first lot of BS and lost interest .. especially the part where you were to raise a learning ... I know you do alot of good work for speedway jase but your attitude is coming across very poorly in this thread, tapped post wasnt written as a pregnant dog or aggressively. Sometimes a gentle approach will do wonders when you run a buisness.

Sometimes a gentle approach will do wonders when you run a buisness. For me, cut Jase some slack. The financial outlay he has put out this year is amazing. More importantly what the team has been through in the last ten days is amazingly stressful. Being dicked around with weather at Vegas, producing best stream quality than anyone, then driving thru the night to get to Dunedin to deliver another great stream of the streetstocks! I think it is fair that he is a little tired and short. Pits TV is way better quality product and the team way more dedicated to any of the other streaming providers we have. Keep up the great work Jase. Don't let the boo hoo brigade wear you down.

I'm not doubting his dedication or hard work he puts in, just raising a point that theres 2 ways of dealing with customers and the get f'd approach isnt always the best way to go when every $ counts when it comes to business. It's not just about this thread either, his attitude has been similar for a while and I've heard that from many people around various meetings.
