For me, cut Jase some slack. The financial outlay he has put out this year is amazing. More importantly what the team has been through in the last ten days is amazingly stressful. Being dicked around with weather at Vegas, producing best stream quality than anyone, then driving thru the night to get to Dunedin to deliver another great stream of the streetstocks! I think it is fair that he is a little tired and short. Pits TV is way better quality product and the team way more dedicated to any of the other streaming providers we have. Keep up the great work Jase. Don't let the boo hoo brigade wear you down. I'm not doubting his dedication or hard work he puts in, just raising a point that theres 2 ways of dealing with customers and the get f'd approach isnt always the best way to go when every $ counts when it comes to business. It's not just about this thread either, his attitude has been similar for a while and I've heard that from many people around various meetings. very true ... it was not the best time to read posts after such a big 10 days ... i have sent him a pm apologising for being a d..k .. If you guys seen the messages and comments that come through from people at times, it becomes very mentally draining and when someone does make a comment with good intent... its bloody hard to distinguish what the intent is. Last week, I put a facebook post up looking for someone to take care of people with issues so I can just focus on doing the job we are at the track for. One of the requirements is a good attitude when dealing with people that have issues. But ill be dog honest with you.. i cant believe what people ask. If you read some of the questions you would struggle to understand how some of them actually navigate themselves through a day Apologises once again if i offended everyone .. i have now had a good sleep and batteries are recharged!!!

No real drama this end. I appreciate the msg and responded. Apology accepted, and my own given as well. Case closed and lets all get the most out of the season, in case this one gets cut short again.
