Metservice forecast isn't great but they are often wrong and while we did get wet yesterday I don't think it was as bad as forecast.

Looking at the predicted rain fall mm tomorrow there is no rain predicted from 4pm onwards so here’s hoping. We’ve had no rain here really from 5pm ish onwards. Let’s keep positive.

Does the Rotorua track have decent drainage ? I guess they will have an idea how long they will require to prep track to get it race ready. So fingers crossed it stops raining whatever day it is in time for them to get place ready.

So hard to get this right. Weather man had tonnes of rain and tomorrow.
I guess leave it as late as you can to make the call perhaps..

I’m in Hamilton and in the last 20 had decent showers looking your way it’s black as moving quite fast

No rain so far. Blue sky mixed with dark clouds. Very warm. I was just up the gondola at skyline skyrides and could see the odd little isolated shower on the lake.

Still warm and sunny with patches of blue sky. |

Yes, I came back to Auckland thinking I'd get a couple of good nights sleep in a nice comfortable bed, maybe even 3 nights, and now I'm about to head back. The track got no rain overnight so while a little wet it's great, and currently only the occasional shower forecast. Monday's forecast looking better than it was originally too. Here's hoping.

Getting a bit of a drizzle about 10 mins from track. Metservice has no rainfall predicted past 2pm ish so here’s hoping
