And every year gets shot down. They cover cricket pitchs. Why not cover speedway tracks? A one off investment will pay itself over 25 years me feels |

We are lucky that this meeting can be turned over with out to much hassle due to circumstances beyond any ones control .
Yes it is frustrating for a lot with accommodation ,bookings on ferries etc and there is those who return to work on the 5th ,but i think the promoter has done her best ,the decisions made are wise ,there will be racing for those who are lucky enough to stay ,from us at Midway Rock ,many thanks ..

A one off investment will pay itself over 25 years me feels A cricket pitch is 20 metres long (plus a few metres at each end, and around three metres wide. A speedway track is 400 metres long, and in some cases, up to 10 metres wide. Also a cricket pitch is straight, whereas a speedway track is not. I'm not sure you've thought this through hbhornets |
