Thanks for the posting everyone. While waiting for the results I bought up Wikipedia to look at past results and this years results were already there before being posted here, how's that work. Its all rigged and an act like WWE wrestling...

Well done Ashar Rees. 1, 2, 3 for same chassis ever been done before, or in last 20 years?

congrats to all 3 guys on their racing over the last week but best of all 2 KIHIKIHI CARS on the podium when has that happened before. Never in the contact divisions, but multiple times in the Minisprint and TQ grades. Almost happened in 2004/05 when Steve and Trevor de Malmanche were awarded 2NZ and 3NZ temporarily in the Streetstocks - but they were bumped to 3rd and 4th when Kergozou was reinstated in the results. Super wrapped to see my former local track, getting these sorts of results!

Final heat on the grid.... this is going to be Brutal! There will be carnage, there will be hopes and dreams dashed... will the current 1NZ take on the challenge of defending his title or assist in deciding who he hands the trophy too.. Was a bit of a dud fizz pop in the end to be hohnest.

Congratulations to Asher Rees the new NZ Superstock champ and Jason Long and Mitch Vickery,my driver of the weekend was 72a Cody Mckee the lone Aucklander to qualify and taking out Steve Hampton in the 2nd heat and also hitting the loose wheel and going for a quick flight, glad Damion walked away from that one.A awesome two nights of racing once the weather allowed the racing to take place, thank you Rotorua bars for fulling in the time lol, bring on Huntly next year and we do it all again with hopefully sunny weather!

A big thankyou must go to the promoter for her patience during this trying period of time of seeing some great racing on finals night There has been over the years many that have tossed the towel in and picked another date . I look back over the years of this title and recollect individuals like Kevin Free who did it alone on a budget racer ,that was a true racer in my opinion ,why now it seems more like teams racing than anything else and that is how you kill the sport Congratulations to Asher ,jason Long ,pregnant dog Vickery . Now its off to see another Championship ,the blades on the chopper will be quieter than the trumpet players in one bar we attended too thank heavens ..

First time to Rotorua, first time to a major Superstocks event. Loved both. Great show, great event, great racing. Congrats to the winners, loved the unashamed tactics in the final race and most of all, the no hard feelings from the competitors involved. The only request I have is to make the PA a little louder. It was hard to follow what was happening as soon as the cars started up.

First cnr carnage Photo credit J Mak William Humphires got 2x Rees put out with one hit, Asher would of been next on the menu had the 94P been able to continue. He sure did and with 1 hit he gifted Asher the title as it brought so many more guys into contention. Also no P on the podium after Williams big tactical move not to back out We all know your anti Rees but hats off to them. Pete & Asher have now been 1NZ in both Stockcar & Superstocks, Ethan has his 1NZ Stockcar & to have 3 of their chassis on the Podium speaks volumes. Asher is a very hard charger and drives the wheels off his car every race hes in. He will be a great 1NZ! Huge Congratulations to everyone involved with the Title in Rotorua the place is looking amazing and they run a great event.
