If there is no protests or appeals, and only questions, then ask questions after the meeting as it can't change results!
Small difference between protest and appeal, infact none just a different word for the same thing. Questioning the result where you cant protest or appeal seems meaningless.
Yet you can leave the track as a qualifier, and get a phone call afterwards to say things have changed.
