Yes so far managed get meeting in apart from later start due to inclement weather.
Midget heat race wins gone to Mitchell Hill from CHCH Campbell Stewart won ht2 from Michael pickens Ht3 Aaron Hodgson and B main Jayden Worthington.
Jayden Worthngton also took out quick time.
Features for tqs are up next with highest points scorers starting from the rear. NZ champ Aaron Humble starting from 18.
Really impressed youngster Ben Morgan top qualifier tqs and finished 2nd B main in Midgets. looks great driver for the future.

Shame about Aaron Hodgson rolling out of the feature when leading. The cush on the turns was a real game changer if you hooked it to hard going in. Caught young Alec Insley out to.Tomorrow night the GP should be another good meeting and warmer, then on to Ellesmere Sunday for the CTRA NZs.

Was race of two halves Brad struggled Time Trials qualifying 19th moved forward was helped some DNFS especially from those started up front including Hodgson and Jeremy Webb. Then MP had broken right rear shock after half distance. Mosen just ran out of laps..
]MP for win tonight be cool especially with NZ Title few weeks away.
Go Pickens for win # 6 tonight.

USA Format certainly sprung up some suprises with some more established drivers struggling towards the back including Mosen 19th qualifying. Top 3 after time trials was JaydeN Worthington Michael Pickens and Jeremy webb Jamie Duff racing Midget for first time in Tom Lumsden midget was 5th qualifying 5th A main.
with top 4 automatically qualifying A main. Hayden Guptill definitely stand out performer last night DNF his heat had go through B main finished 4th with top 8 going through. From starting grid 16 finished 3rd. without doubt Guptill was best performed racer on the night by far.

Correct that Brad qualified 19th, however he was 2nd out in timetrials and track was super greasy, hence he qualified way back. Mp was 2nd to last to qualify, so track much better by then. Anyway the rivalry continues, get up Brad!!

Guptill had it the same he was 20th in time trials missed going through from heats had go B main and then went from 16th to 3rd. be my driver of the night. Mosen qualified by finishing 4th his heat started 15th by way of disappointing time trials. what about Duffman 3rd time trials and top 5 in Feature.
Tonights with snz format will depend whose further up front MP for the win.

Mosen was one of the only ones to jump on the other side side of the cushion in the mid race restarts to see if he could get an advantage.Didn't take him long to move back to mid track where MP was running.Great racing between these two guys may the battle continue for GP tonight. Its a pity we have that stretch of water between the two islands. When the North island guys come to town it lifts everyone game down here providing inspiration for the South island competitors and the spectators that come along to watch.Nice sunny day here in Christchurch after some over night rain so it will be all go at Ruapuna tonight.

Yes, I am sure Jack Low has benefited greatly experience wise from running in the North this season even if the results havenβt gone his way.
