Usually world 240s wins hands down. Great meeting run by a great club. However with recent rule changes in the superstock class coupled with the fact that over 40 south island streetstocks are going adding to the over 70 north island streetstocks. Has potential to be all out war for two days. Which way you guys thinking. The pits tv are streaming both.

Streetstocks for sure. The contact is better, a south islander is more likely to win, plus they don't take 3 laps to grid up 😁😁

Wet track and no wheel packing is great for the competitors wallet and safety LOL
Great out of control action for the crowd at the cost of competitor

However with recent rule changes in the superstock class Forgive my ignorance, but what rule changes are these? The first rule also applies to streetstocks where if your a block car and get a flat tyre after one hit. Your on the infield. The second is the over aggressive attacking rule which leaves drivers unsure of what hit is legal and what hit is illegal. Being within the 22 days stand for palmy team champs are you gonna take a risk?

No wanganui cars yet and would all 5 to possibly make a show. Plus a few other high profile north island cars still missing as of yet. Most notable 46b and 12r

"A V8 engine has two rows of four cylinders arranged in a V shape, and – in the cross-plane crankshaft type, rather than a flat-plane – these cylinders fire in an irregular pattern across the two rows. During each piston’s cycle it produces a pulse of air pressure, which is forced out through the exhausts (they effectively become wind instruments). Each pulse makes a tone, which combined with the other pulses forms a harmonic series. The same thing happens in all engines, but it’s the irregular firing sequence that gives a big V8 its distinctive throbbing sound" BBC Science Focus Nothing can beat the "distinctive throbbing sound" of a V8! My wife thinks the growl of a V 8 is sexy so if she says so then I'm not going to argue with her! Got my holiday booked - I'm off to the Valley of Paradise!

based in Tauranga, started new job, no leave, so looks like Vegas for me.
Would have chosen streetstocks if leave was no an issue.
I am picking that meet will be brutal and the refs will be busier than the TMO at the rugby world cup final!

The other is 3 seasons old. But only done one nz champs in those three years to date. Make of that as you will. Its new for me to try get my head around.
