Yes Percy you could be correct in some of your questioning ,
How it became of interest ,was the paragraphs in the parole board on his release last October .
As i am not a Chef ,my intention was not to cook up another storm in a tea cup ,just little amusing ,but as you are the honorary personality ,on these boards ,your discretion of authority to make judgements and to act as one sees fit ..
