Dirt Cup podium info - Dirt Track Magazine (Read 1,788 times)

Hi All

I am trying to get a list together of top 3 in every Dirt Cup that has run.

At the moment we only have all the winners but it would be fantastic if we could get a full list of top 3 each year.

I think the only way this might even be possible is if there is anyone out there that has always been mad keen on collecting all the Dirt Track mags from the start. By fosiking through the old mags I think it should be possible to find out all the results. The Dirt Track mag has been going longer than the DC and I am pretty sure all the events would and results would have been covered in the mags.

I am hoping someone out there still has a full collection of the mags and would be willing to compile and send me the list of the podium place getters or post them on here.

Some of the more recent results should be easy to find on-line but I am really talking about the early ones before there was such a thing as online! Event was first held in 1990/91 season. Murray won and I think Berty, Willy and Foxy were next 3 but not sure of the order.

Any help would be appreciated.
