Dave Tennant great guy on & off the track was in gissy in 89 when he had that run off 4 1st place it was a very good win. Must say Dave is really good on the fone when i had 2 ring him up early hours of the morning so i could get a truck fixed my boss made do this lots lol sorry dave.

Hi folks, may I ask a question about the holden v8, did that win 1NZ? and is that the motor with dave bennet 308 alloy heads..I think I have it in my garage, its the old rebuilt super I purchased off macgors sell pages ( which I love) a while ago, got it off (Mark?) Flowers from Taupo area running out of vegas, it arrived to them as an incomplete project...via whanganui I believe, I rang Dave once to confirm if my motor was once his, he confirmed.. more than that I dont know, its a humble place for an old motor with pedigree to be sitting thats for sure....
