heres one of Blenheims Paul Marshall in his fully restored modified taken at Eastern States 25th anniversary meeting last season, Paul was reunited with his old car when it was dropped off at Ted Costers wrecking yard in Picton when something broke on the tow car or trailer and was to be stored there until the owners could return to pick it up, Paul got hold of the owners and the deal was struck to buy his old car back to restore, apparantly he is also chasing one of his old Saloons as well which apparantly is sitting in a shed over Motueka way

autopete the 14 car ended up in g fosters hands i think You could well be correct there. I was under the assumumption Gordon Foster had built the last V8 car he had,the one with the big Henry in it. You know what happens when you assume things eh?? Next time I catch up with the old bugga,I'll quiz him!!

What would be the chance you fellas all get you vids out and make a compilation dvd like the stockies did, from early to late the history of mods. Would be fantastic to see, must be enough people on here to contribute what they have to a dedicated few willing to put it together, i would but don't have the gear.

Im in the same boat!! Got lots of old footage up to about 1995 or so but jeez, with my poor cameraship and video it would look like s,hit on DVD!!!! Great idea tho and Im sure the likes of SMS could do it justice but the logistics would be the main bug bear!!

Autopete55 and Jade69 Gorden Foster copied Neils car 14c. Neil basicley cut the car up when he built a new one.

WOW!!!! check out Mark Julian in that Mazda!!! with only next years driver(of the Mazda) Ray Jones the only one to beat him in that heat ! in typical Mark "Ivy" Julian fashion he used the outside line, Mark was named "Ivy" by Sneaky Pete Sloman from saloon racing days as he always clinged to the fence!
