Some clues, he is a member of "Palmerston North Speedway's Magnificent Seven", has been involved with stockcar racing at Palmerston North since the first years, Knows a bit about Tanks (stockcar type),

at a guess the driver is bob jamieson and the track is palmerston north in the early 60's
