wow that all looks impressive. Especially the info on the South Island Team. I would kind of like a copy to promote the event or does Dave have it?

It ain't a toaster or an egg beater. You know that irritating sound of a neighbours lawnmower early on a Sunday morning when ya trying to sleep in... that what it sound like... and thats exactly what it is... a lawnmower.. and heres the proof

Hi every one, Just a quick update to answer some of the questions. Yes there is quite a group of support cars following the event that I know of. One from Blenheim, 2 maybe 3 from Ch-ch, 2 from Dunedin, 1 from Invercargill and Phil from Cromwell. There was talk of one from Auckland also. And also herd today of a Production Saloon joining "Team Island Park" for the trip. Add that to the 16 team cars and I guess we have what you would call a traveling road show. I am madly trying to put together a list/Page similar to the one I posted on here of the South Island team, for the North Island Team and also one for the traveling support cars.....however the info is a bit slow in arriving (may have to make some of it up like I did for the other one : Also a wee note for all drivers, please get your transmitor number to Phil ASAP so these can be loaded in early, just helps the lap scores at Cromwell and Dunedin as we race on week nights........and hope you are all coming the BBQ on the Wed and have advised of numbers attending etc etc etc. Well I'm off now to make sure they have the corrcet print on the Winning trophy ( South Island looks best in bold letters) Cheers Mark

Hi Everyone Yep we are really looking forward to this years series. Will definately be coming to the BBQ in Cromwell with our family and crew, plus interested in the boat trip if its suitable for our children who are 3 & 5. Bryan is really looking forward to racing in the south, something we never thought we'd get to do! Looking forward to some great clean racing and enjoying the southern hospitality. See you all in Cromwell or on the road! Bryan & Louana Skelton Saloon 59a Whitianga

40 hours driving give or take a few, depending where you start from, for approx (in my case) 1 hour of race time!
