Nah, guys i think i have to agree with Christian Hermasen and Graeme Peters. The larsen cars are by far the best cars/chassis in the country, i mean as soon as you look at it, it really does stand out. Obviously shows that they are the strongest cars in the country, look at other cars then theres... Far better. Also the larsen cars are driven by the best, perfect drivers too.. Always race to the rules and all. No point agruing guys, they will win, as proven

The north island is not the only island in the country, there are 2 so before you say such and suchs car is better than someones elses then why dont you come down and have a look at everyones car. Im not denying that jamies car isnt strong im just saying have a look at some other peoples cars ALL around the country then you can pick the best, Not everything is about the north island

They are just a well prepared team, with great maintenance programme.
Good set up and driving give them the placings.
I would (and do) stake my kids safety on our cars roll cage, just knowing that the design is sturdy.
It may not stand up to everything thrown at it, but accidents are a percentage thing.

How do you determined that? Its not like Ministocks have to go through a crash test and each design is tested... Yea just like how sprintcars and Superstocks go through crash tests? Preti obviuse just by visual inspection Jamies car was made well! Brand new with good quality welds! I'm not baging Jamies car or the Builder, your rite, it has been well made, there theres been plenty of cars rolled that have come out looking beter off (Construction wise) My car was build by Colin Entwistle who owns Bayspeed, he buidls speedway cars for a living, this is my 5th season of racing and my chassie is still perfectly straight, I have never replaced a siderail or rear bumper and everyone that knows me, knows that that car has gone through some paces But I agree with Jordy on this one, they are all the same chassie construction's. If the weldings up to scratch then what makes it different from any other car?

Yea true, no one can really say which car is the strongest.. I saw a car today and every weld was real big, looked much stronger then Jamies car. Im sure in the south island there are loads of awesome cars. Oh and by the way on most of cars the welds dont brake, its the metal that bends if you actually think about it. And Graeme, Jamie cant be a good ministock builder if he has something 100mm shorter, 3 times too

Have to agre there must be some good cars down south! But Larsen cars were 1st,2nd at Oxford? (MInd u not many Upper south cars raced Oxford)
Admittaly there are quite a few well built cars around just saying Jamies has to be up there with them.

yea and each year the amount of youth that go to the nz tittles gets smaller and smaller each year so if there was more ministocks there would be more of a challenge cause if i remember there was only like 5 people in the non qualifyers so it wasnt realy that hard to qualify and then the amount of people that went in the ditch and either broke there car or spun out so they let every1 pass to get bak onto the track it wouldnt be very hard to win and then theres the people that use to block for mates so they have a chance to win there wasnt very much blocking was there ae it would only take one person to push one of there cars of the straight through and over the ditch to put them out of the running to win it.its just as simple as that ae
