29H was former Streetstock star Des Boyce.

29H was former Streetstock star Des Boyce. Thanks Greg, been though all my years of speedway programmes and could not find a thing. But I only got into Speedway in 1995, old bayparks last 2 meetings ever. So im new to the sport. |

Glen, tell your mate hes more than welcome to join the Ranks at Rotorua, theres only 3 of us at the moment. Great place to race, and we pay prizemoney! I was racing in 1997-98 and still dont remember racing against this car, old age must be creeping in on the brain.  |

Will be interesting to see who ends up with it. If its a longtime K driver Im sure it wouldn't be that hard for the club to work something out so he can keep racing with the mighty K on the side.
Plenty of examples of this 21V Peter Hujis in the Sprintcars, 24W Byron Dennis in the Minisprints etc
Anyway great to see a mini recovery underway for the Mods in the Waikato. Maybe if the momentum keeps up we could see the likes of 53H-MB Mike Russel and 78H Darren Burman return to the sport.
