hi
my name is andrew, I have been going to speed way all my life and i also race my radio control stockcar in christchurch, I like to know is their any rules that i should know about for the future reference.I know that tony christinson drives a saloon up north he does many other thing in his life. I have seen many super saloons and a grades and saloon their drivers side is a tight fit to get into i feel. Also what are the rules about hand controls in the race car, also many other rules.
Next goal i should learn the road code first then decide if i want to race.
see ya.

Tony Christiansen has had many racecars including his saloon, sprintcar, moto x bike and more also on his helmet instead of having normal Tear offs he has a automatic switch on his steering wheel ?? correct me if im wrong to help aid with a faster dirt free surface as his hands are too busy with the hand controls (similar to a motorbike) to be tearing them off by hand, Peter Benner at Baypark has a side door which is fixed to the roll cage with hinges to provide an easy access for him to get in and out of the car, only thing is taking the panel off to get at it

Hi Andrew, (TurboV8Rotaryfan)
I suggest a quick call to Phil Melrose at Melrose Kiwi Concept Chairs - He raced Modifiedsprints some years back after an offshore powerboating incident left him wheelchair bound - could have some valuable advice on the ins and outs....
Good Luck with your ambitions.... Sdemon
