Great photo's mate, miss the old track. Looked like a great meeting to be at. It's good to see so many Gisborne drivers at the track! Thanks for taking the time to post them up

Yes Stocky fields have improved big time over the past couple of seasons here in Gis, it's been great to watch.
Just realised I missed 1 of the 34 starters on Saturday night, the 10g Rees of Robert Gomm - don't know what happened there, maybe a late arrival at the track

Of the 34 cars 16 were Gizzy cars. 9 each from Rot and HBay and a lone Palmy car. The numbers were in Gizzy's favour and the first car home was 7th!
The gizzy guys keep getting their titles taken out of town.

Fantastic photos - great too see things really going ahead in gizzy, and a good variety of cars. Last gizzy photos I saw 84b had a chequred flag - now a second place at a big champs meeting? hmmmm...four letter word starting with F.... Flag...racer Good on ya - Hopefully it means the motor wont have to come out again!

lol - sounds like some good practice, those two have fast cars, and dont mind using that speed for hitting. Good to hear the car is finishing races and taking the hits. Need that reliability to take the title back to the Bay - Teams champs at the Me and E, that would set the club rooms alight. Good luck with the spares - I still can;t beleive the work they did on Dales car in PN to get it back out for the final, man thats a commitment to spares and the teams racing. Did Petes car have much damage - was a big one, thought there might have been some stuff moving around from that one.
