Went to a ticketek agent in Chch today to get my tickets and was informed that the event is not on its system. Asked her to look on the ticketek website and was told there net wasn't working while her workmate opposite was on Facebook. Not happy and still dont have my tickets

Sorry guys, not sure what's happened. The go ahead was given to post them some time ago, and sadly there's a couple withdrawals as well, both from Palmerston North. As soon as they go up officially, we can but them on here and the discussions can begin in earnest.

I'd rather be in Felo than Ampro ... but there is no easy route to 1NZ.

They are pretty tough groups I would be interested to know how they put them together. It is not an easy job doing this and you always get critics that why is x with y and I dont like my group etc etc. We have seeded our drivers for the Super Saloon champs the best we can then sorted them from there. It is not an easy job by any means especially when Competitors cant sent there entries in on time, thus makin it extremely difficult to do.

THe difficulty I have in picking a top 6 per group is my lack of knowledge of the Southern boys apart from perhaps the top three from Nelson and Chch. Big ask but can anyone give some idea on the strengths of the Southern boys and their chances? On paper the Ampro group looks the toughest!

The southerners have got nothing on the north island boys, Ngatai is the only real threat and maybe fowler if he gets the car humming and if the palmy army can fix those 2 up then the meeting will be a north island benefit meeting dominated by palmy cars especially if Hyslop and Miers both qualify the title will be returning to its rightful place at the mighty Palmerston North speedway.

sadly there's a couple withdrawals as well, both from Palmerston North Peter Bengston will be one Barry B Cheers Yes, from what I've heard through the grapevine, although he hasn't officially withdrawn yet. Dave Tarrant I think was the other one, but he was removed before the list was posted. A couple of other drivers had entered an then withdrew earlier as well, so as far as official withdrawals go, all 72 are still in.

Excuse my ignorence but how many meetings has Scott Joblin done this year in a superstock? Has he done his maditory 3 meetings in this class as a new driver? Not trying to start a slanging match but am asking as i have been told that as I have had a season off, i must do 3 meetings to qualify for a SNZ championship, I have applied for a licence as both a Stockcar and Superstock competitor.
